Fall 6's League 2026

More touches. More reps. More game. Back for its second annual season.

Why Play 6's?

Sixes strips the game down to what makes players better: more possessions, more decisions, and nonstop action. With fewer players on the field, every athlete gets significantly more reps with the ball — and more chances to grow.

  • Fast-paced and fun. Small-sided games mean more possessions, more scoring, and constant motion.
  • More touches. Fewer players on the field translates to far more time with the ball for every athlete.
  • Sharper game IQ. Players learn to make quicker decisions, move without the ball, and play with confidence in transition.
  • Goalie friendly. Goalies are encouraged to join. When needed, Hectors (mini-goals) keep games flowing seamlessly.
  • Fall-ready. Sixes is the perfect way to sharpen skills and build confidence heading into the fall season.

How It Works

Two Divisions

Elementary Division · 3rd–5th Grade
Focused on fundamentals, confidence-building, and introducing game concepts in a fun environment.

Junior Aces Division · 6th–9th Grade
Developmental and competitive groupings designed to challenge players while maximizing touches and game experience.

Every Session (90 minutes)

  • 60 minutes of skill development, positional work, and competitive station training
  • 30 minutes of live Sixes gameplay with rotating teams and round-robin competition

Players rotate through skill stations, then immediately apply what they've learned in live play.

Game Format

  • 6v6 (5 field players plus a goalie or Hector goal)
  • Small-sided field, roughly 50 x 30 yards
  • Two 12-minute halves
  • Weekly balanced teams and rotating matchups

Development-First Philosophy

Every session is built to maximize development through high repetitions, faster decision-making, and greater confidence with the ball. Players build offensive creativity, defensive communication, teamwork, and sportsmanship in an environment designed to keep the game exciting.

Each participant receives an Atlanta Aces reversible pinnie to wear throughout the league, making weekly team assignments quick and easy.

Who Should Join?

  • Players looking to improve stick skills, lacrosse IQ, and confidence.
  • Multi-sport athletes seeking mid-week reps during the off-season.
  • New players wanting to learn in a fun, game-based environment.
